Admissions Consultation (September 2025 Entry)

The Governors of Ermysted’s Grammar School, Skipton, are consulting on proposed changes to the Admissions Policy for entry in September 2025. Please click on the following links to open the consulation documents:

The main proposals relate to (a) an adjustment to how the required standard is calculated for admissions to Year 7, and (b) an increase to the Published Admissions Number (PAN) for Year 12 entry from 20 to 35 students to accommodate a move to admit male and female external applicants to the Sixth Form.

The consultation period begins today, Friday, 8 December 2023 and ends on Monday, 22 January 2024 at 4:00 pm. Governors welcome responses to this consultation, either by email to consult@ermysteds.uk or in writing to:
